ParticipantI am getting rid of this piece of crap tool I will use something else. Here I spent the money and got crap. I am now looking for a different tool. The free tool worked just wanted the extra features but this the last I buy from modern tribe and I will warn everyone i know.

I am so sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working for you. I know that can be extremely frustrating, but I would be happy to help you find a solution to get it fixed as soon as possible!
If you could provide a little bit more information about what is going wrong, as well as any relevant error messages, links, or screenshots, I will look into it for you right away. You can also take a look at our knowledge base, which provides some great troubleshooting info.

Participantthe plug-in stopped working, it said I need to update and that my access code was not correct. it would not download to my server. it would download to my pc but I host at bluehost. I am so sorry that I paid for your software it was a stupid decision, I have learned my lesson.

Thanks for following up! Again, I am sorry that you are having so much trouble, but I would really like to help you get this fixed.
We are aware of a few issues with erroneous license key messages following some recent maintenance work done on our license key system and are actively working on getting this fixed.
In the meantime, you should be able to install the update manually by following these steps. I think this will work for you since you were able to download it from your account to your computer. I apologize again for the inconvenience!
