Deactivate Pro and then reactivate it. Should fix it

October 15, 2013 at 1:19 pm #71149wwaParticipantIt didn’t fix it.
October 16, 2013 at 8:34 am #71267ChrisParticipantYou sure both plugins are at 3.1? Make sure you have an active license key enabled on your site.
Try deactivate pro, deactivate core, activate core, activate pro.October 16, 2013 at 8:40 am #71271wwaParticipantWell, unless my dashboard is lying to me. It says, for both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro: Version 3.1
What do you mean by “core?”
October 16, 2013 at 8:42 am #71272wwaParticipantIf by “core” you mean The Events Calendar: I did what you suggested. Still nothing. I can create a user for you if you’d like to go see yourself.

First, make sure you don’t have any filters on the posts being shown. If that doesn’t work, if we go in are you willing let us make changes to try to fix the issue? Be aware we aren’t responsible if things go south, so we’re going to expect you to have a full backup of your site.

We’re trying to figure out why this bug occurs. Can you post your system information and whether or not you’re on WordPress MS as a private reply? Thanks!
@wwa We’ve determined there’s a conflict with the APM plugin. Deactivating this plugin has fixed the issue.October 18, 2013 at 8:11 am #71629ChrisParticipantAh, correction here for @wwa
APM is included with TEC. Since you’ve also installed it separately, the bundled version and the installed version are going to conflict with each other.

November 5, 2013 at 3:45 pm #74881KellyParticipantHi, folks. This is just a note to let you know that we didn’t get a chance to look at your issue for our maintenance release this time around.
We do plan to find a way to help you out with this. We look forward to addressing this as soon as we’ve got bandwidth/resources to allow it.
Thanks for being part of the TEC community!
