    Hi,

    I just purchased Events Tickets Plus and working on Woocommerce for my event.
    the URL is : Malefycia.ca

    I created my event and several type of tickets ( 7 different tickets ) for my event and the majority of them ( 6 of them ) just disapeared and it seems like my Products pages shows a 404 error and crashed.

    What can make this problem occure ?
    Is there anything i can do to get this fixed quickly ? Im loosing sale times actualy !!!!

    I took a look at your site and I see a list of tickets appearing on the page:

    Are you still experiencing the same issue?  If so, you can run through the steps outlined in the following article, which may be able to point you in the right direction: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/

    Hi Jaime,

    To fix the issue temporary, I created a new event ( wich is the same of the
    first that broke )

    So what we actualy see is the new event and the new tickets acording to it.

    Since I created this one, my event and tickets havent crashed yet so I
    guess it should be fix at the moment.

    I was also wondering , in my purchase list, some of them are ” in pending ”
    ( the grey cricles one ) and when I take a look to them Tickets, they show
    a note that tells a problem about the IPN of Paypal le something. I also
    havent received any payment from those.

    Do I have to contact them and ask them to make a new purchase ?

    Hi Bruno,

    I’m glad to hear that you have resolved the issue with a new event, at least for now.

    If you are having an issue with all of your payments coming through, this may be a result of the way that you have things configured, and is a question you may raise with PayPal or WooCommerce.  If some payments are coming through, there may be an issue with particular customers.  Either way, this is out of our jurisdiction, and may be a question for WooCommerce or PayPal, depending on what is going on.
