ParticipantHi Team,
I have purchased two plugins. Filter Bar and The Events Calendar Pro but when I implemented it, functionality wise it looks good but it is not compatible with IE7. For some reason our company uses IE7 as default browser. Is there any way to fix this issue?
It says.. Object doesn’t support this action.
Thanks in Advance,

ParticipantHey @Priyesh,
Thank you for reaching out.
We unfortunately only support IE9, and while we try to offer graceful degradation for IE8, we do not support IE7.
I am sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantIs there anyway to work work on IE7 ? I also noticed that it does not support Safari Browser. It looses the filter functionality as well as map view when tested on Safari.
Please suggest.

ParticipantHey @Priyesh,
Adding support for IE7 would take extensive custom coding, especially of CSS. You could personally make all of the necessary CSS code changes yourself, or hire someone to assist you, but otherwise it is not possible to have full support for IE7.
If you are interested in hiring someone, have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and we have no affiliation with any of these folks–they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled).
As for issues in the Safari browser, we do support Safari and so I will take a look here. To help us figure out what’s going on, can you please share the following details?
1. What version of Safari are you using when you see the issues?
2. What is the specific URL on your site on which the issues arise?
3. Can you please post your System Information? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/Thank you!

GuestHi George,
In regards to your question,
1. What version of Safari are you using when you see the issues?
Answer: Latest Safari version of Safari for IPhone and 5.1.7 for windows.
2. What is the specific URL on your site on which the issues arise?
Answer: http://localhost/testsite/ (Test Server) (Eventually it will be localhost when we will work in production)
3. Can you please post your System Information? (Image Url: http://imgur.com/d0TLxxs)

ParticipantHey Shweta,
Are you the user @Priyesh, who started this thread?
Unfortunately, the link you provided for the site is on your localhost—it is not accessible by us, in other words, and so I cannot check out your issues firsthand.
I do not have any issues with The Events Calendar or its add-ons in Safari, so unfortunately at this time there is not further support we can provide without being able to see the site and its issues in Safari firsthand.
Sorry to disappoint!
If you cannot get your site live, then the best recommendation I can make would be to view our demo site, wpshindig.com, in the same version of Safari in which you see issues on your own site.
If you see the same (or similar) issues on our demo site, then share screenshots and share links to the specific pages on which these issues arise. I’ll take a look at those and we can go from there.
Thank you,
