The latest update to this plugin has caused issues with my website. When looking at the calendar the previous and next months do not work meaning customers can only view the current month events and cannot ‘see’ events in any other month.
Now I do not have the PRO version of the plugin as I do not need the additional features but I do have PRO version of the ticketing addon. I’ve tried switching theme to WordPress 2015 and have also disabled the few plugins I use (I don’t use that many and those I do use are very common usage ones). None of this has fixed the problem. Since I cannot find a support forum for this I tried to add a support ticket to the pro forum but it did not work.
The update has been a disaster for me. I am seriously considering actually ending my whole business due to frustration with WordPress booking plugins who seem to insist on tinkering with their products and constantly adding features to the point they no longer do the simple thing brilliantly.
I would appreciate some support on this. As things stand I cannot see me renewing my PRO ticketing plugin if I have no means to get support on the base plugin needed for it to work. It seems from the support forum this latest update has caused more issues than previous updates. I was such a fan of this plugin after frustrations with other products but now I have concerns that this one will follow the trend of constantly tinkering with a product that works well and causing issues for customers who NEED a working solution for their business. I for one would settle for less features but stable product. Please don’t make the mistake others have made.
I would appreciate some solution to this urgently.

I wish I was able to provide support, but we are unable to do so through the Pre-sales channel. But again, please visit the Event Tickets Plus support forum and create a new thread. We have support team members ready to assist you with narrowing down the conflict in question.

Did you see a follow up post on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-calendar-previous-next-features-not-working/
with a solution to the month view at least… scroll down to the response from Brook, and the modification to the functions.php file.
Hope that works for you.
It fixed the issue for me on the month, day, week views, but not the LIST view

Thanks for helping us out on this one! We’ll give @Gary a few days to respond on this one – but I believe we’ll most likely be closing this thread out per recommendation to Gary to create a new ticket in the appropriate support forum.
