The event calendar pro does not update

We purchased new business licenses for various plugins . We were able to update on one site medicalevents.com but not on the second one pharmaevents.co. we changed the keys in the settings. The keys are valid. Here are the messages that show after updating:

For the event pro:

Downloading update from [[Removed by Modern Tribe support team]]

Download failed. cURL error 61: Unrecognized content encoding type. libcurl understands deflate, gzip content encodings.

For Community Event:
Downloading update from [[Removed by Modern Tribe support team]]

Download failed. cURL error 61: Unrecognized content encoding type. libcurl understands deflate, gzip content encodings.
