Thanks for reaching out to us, and let me try to help you here.
So our plugin works like this, for the main event pages like the one you pointed on that is working uses the single.php or page.php.
For the second link it will use the category template since your are trying to view a specific category calendar, probably what you are saying is that the second template is broken, correct? If yes you want to look for the category archives and see if you can apply the required changes there.

Can you do the things pointed out in our Testing for Conflicts page, it seems like you are not loading any of our plugins JavaScript on that page.

if it is a conflict with “W3 Total cache” plugin, when this is active not work, why?we need a plugin to optimize and accelerate cache. Do you know an alternative one that does not generate conflict with the calendar?

If you deactivate the CSS and JS Minify (on W3 Total Cache) this problem should go away.
I cannot say for sure, but there are other good plugins on the market:
