The attendees list is showing all orders relating to an event, including incomplete (payment pending) and cancelled. As a list of Attendees I assume it should only show completed ticket sales.March 2, 2018 at 11:30 pm #1468935Jennifer

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you go to Events > Settings > Tickets and check what you have for the When should attendee records be generated? and When should tickets be emailed to customers? settings? These settings control when these events occur based on the order status.
If these settings are not being respected (meaning that the tickets/attendees are being generated before the set status), then the next step would be to run through these steps to check for any conflicts with your theme and other plugins. If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and share any errors that you see in your reply.

Thank you for responding.
The WooCommerce support settings had attendee records being generated with an order status of Pending payment, probably by default. That is now off. I now have ‘Processing’, ‘On hold’ and ‘Completed’ toggled on for when attendee records are generated and when tickets are emailed. Let me know if those statuses make sense (my only payment gateway is PayPal).

As long as those statuses match the statuses when you want the tickets and attendees to be generated, then you should be alright. Keep in mind that they will be generated as soon as the order reaches one of the enabled statuses.
I would also recommend looking over the following articles, which have some good info on getting up and running with Event Tickets Plus:

Managing Your Orders and Attendees
For refunded/cancelled orders, the stock will need to be adjusted manually (assuming the order previously reached a state that generated tickets/attendees). This article has some more info on how this works.
