We are a very large non-profit organization (360,000 registered members, but no paid staff) and will be rebuilding our website using WordPress (it’s currently running vBulletin). I’m virtually positive we will be using Events Calendar, and pretty sure we need the following:

    1. Events Calendar Pro – because of the additional fields, map view, and location view
    2. Community Events – because we will have several members that submit events. They will be doing this through a form (either Caldera or Gravity), so I’m not sure it’s required, but from what I see it is.
    3. Filter Bar – because we will want calendars filtered by state, and likely other filters as we discover capabilities
    4. .

    So, my questions are:

    1. Do you offer any sort of discount for non-profits (we are a registered 501c3 with no paid members?
    2. Can you put together a bundle using the products mentioned?
    3. Is there some method to try the individual bundles, even for a short period (3-7 days) to see if we need them, and they do what we need?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi, Herb. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

    Regarding your needs:

    1. Map View would be the same thing as Location View, right? We don’t have 2 different map/location sort of views.
    2. Community Events would make a forms plugin like Caldera or Gravity unnecessary, at least for creating/editing events.
    3. Filter Bar is pretty nifty 🙂

    Regarding purchasing:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-nonprofit-organizations/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/
    3. We do not have any demo of the wp-admin area to provide to you. We use our easy-breezy Refund Policy (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/) for such requests so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them. If you want to click around a demo of a site running our add-ons, please visit our front-end demo site at https://wpshindig.com/events/

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
