Sync events TO Google Calendar

Hi there,
I’m evaluating Events Calendar Pro for my client, but they need to be able to maintain a mulit-leveled-access internal calendar, which it sounds like this won’t do. They could potentially use Google Calendar to handle their internal needs, but would need the Events Calendar Pro events to sync with their calendar to show all events.

It sounds like the Event Aggregator goes the other way (FROM Google to ECP) so I don’t think that will help?

Which I installed on a test site and was able to pull events from the ECP into Google, but it appeared to be a one time thing… if I updated the event in ECP it did not update in Google.

Do you have a solution or other idea on how to use your calendar in sync with another calendar?

Hi Megan,

I’m happy to answer your questions here, thanks for considering our plugins for your project!

Unfortunately, you’re correct, the calendar connection does only go one way (to pull events in, not to push them out), and there’s no good way to reverse that connection without some serious customization, that is beyond the level of support we can provide on even our premium forums.

It sounds like our plugin may not be right for what you’re trying to accomplish, but I sincerely hope you find something that works well for this project, and that you’ll think of us in the future!
