Switching from WooTickets to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Pro Not Working

    You have sent us notification of your changes, no longer supporting WooTickets and replacing it with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, we have Purchased these Plugins and when we activate then we no longer see our Tickets.

    How do these plugin work differently and what do we require to do to fix this error? We also found this error in the log:

    [Wed Feb 01 21:40:05.851492 2017] [:error] [pid 28468] [client 99.199.58.187:27937] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘TribeWooTickets’ not found in /nas/content/live/radiantrose/wp-content/themes/radiant-rose/functions/tribe_functions.php on line 30, referer: http://radiantrose.wpengine.com/full-calendar/?tribe_eventcategory=36
