    I have a paid license for Events Calendar PRO; it is still valid (I checked). Everything worked fine, but yesterday I went in to create a new recurring event, as i have dozens of times before. The recurring properties are not visible. I have tried editing old events that are recurring; also not visible there. I’ve restarted, refreshed, cleared my cache and made sure I have the most up dated version of the plugin. Any ideas what might be causing this? Also, suddenly the calendar is not visible on mobile devices. (this might be a theme issue though). Thanks!

    Hey Emily,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! This definitely sounds like a frustrating issues so hopefully we can get to the bottom of this one quickly.

    I would start here by accessing your site’s files via FTP and deleting out the current Pro plugin files. Next, download the latest version of the plugin from your account here and uploading it to your site. Then, make sure that the plugin is activated on your site.

    If that doesn’t help, the next step would be to follow the Testing for Conflicts to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring somewhere else on the site.

    Well, it looks like it’s a theme conflict. deactivating plugins didn’t make a difference, but when I switched to 2015 theme, everything worked fine. SO… what does that mean? I don’t know how to resolve the conflict. It must have been something in the latest release of The Events Calendar Pro OR in the latest release of my theme; both have updated recently. (I made sure I have the latest version of The Events Calendar Pro). Any ideas for how to proceed? Thanks.
