This is an ongoing issue that was reported in January this year through the following support ticket https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/successful-orders-not-showing-up-in-attendees-list-2/
I have been waiting for the Events Ticket Plus update to rectify the issue and when I updated to Event Tickets 4.7 and Events Ticket Plus 4.7 on my staging site I still have the same problem. The site is achpernsw.com.au.
Any advice greatly appreciated as I am keen to update but do not want to if I can’t quickly check purchases on the Events Page.

I just checked on this ticket, and it looks like the fix did not make it into the latest release. However, I do see that it is set to a high priority, so it will hopefully be released soon.
Although I don’t have an exact timeline for you at the moment, this thread is linked to our internal ticket for this issue, so we’ll let you know as soon as we have an update!
I do apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂
