ParticipantHi there,
I am having trouble with this feature every time I upgrade the event ticket plus plugin. I do no need ticket email to be send to the customer. I have been using the snippet as suggested here:
However, after last update to 4.5.3. this snippet no longer works correctly for me. It stops the email from being sent if the customer pays via bank transfer option but the ticket email is sent if the customer pays with a payment card.
Is there a solution for this? Will there be ever a simple way of disabling the email tickets?
Thank you
Fero

MemberGood evening Fero and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the snippet no longer working.
I would love to help you with this topic.Perhaps you could try updating it to its latest version: https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ff8863230e5a05b9303
If that does not work, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

As per your question, depending on your setup, you could try simply unselecting the different checkboxes found under Events -> Settings -> Tickets (at the very bottom of the screen).
Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHello Geoff,
thank you for your reply.
It appears that I am using the most up to date snippet, so this does not help.As for the ‘ unselecting the different check boxes’ can you please be more specific? I do not see an option disabling the email ticket either in the general settings or the event it self.
I am currently using version event ticket plus 4.5.0.1. I reverted to this version after having problems with the newer versions.
So can you confirm that the version 4.5.3. has this option now?Kind regards

MemberGood evening Fero,
The setting I am referring to lives in Events -> Settings -> Tickets
As requested before, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

This way I will be able to reproduce your setting better.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
