ParticipantHello,
I’m using Tribe Commerce ( not woocommerce ). The stock doesn’t decrease. I’ve made a dozen of test purchases using shared capacity tickets and later, when that didn’t work, simple tickets. The setting on stock was to decrease as orders are placed.
I disabled all the plugins (including coming soon mode) except Tribe ones and I used twentyseventeen theme. I purchased thru sandbox accounts and through real accounts. The stock never decreased and I never had a paypal order (not once) on backend. Same for attendees.
There is another problem for which I’ve opened a ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/paypal-sandbox-account/#post-1548060
We bought 3 of your premium plugins. The 30 day return window is closing soon so we need help asap please.

KeymasterHi Peggy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you tell me what you have set for Stock Handling under Events Settings < Tickets?
In addition, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantHi Jaime,
Glad to hear from you.The setting : Decrease available ticket stock as soon as a Pending order is created.
I’m having a hard time trying to upload the error log files. Which files does this thing accept? Not pdf, not docx, not pages, not rtf, not txt. I’ve tried all these formats. It didn’t let me upload any of them. The file is only 600Mb
Thanks!

ParticipantI actually looked at error logs and there was no useful information. So maybe it’s okay that it didn’t go through. I’ll test the plugin again and see what it logs today. Thanks.

KeymasterHi Peggy,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
It does sound like your issues are related and stem from the same place.
Since you have been working on troubleshooting over there for a while, it would probably be best to keep it all over there for now.
I’ll leave this thread open for a bit, just in case you have any additional questions over here.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
