ParticipantI’ve found a hug bug in the process of the stock management…
We are selling tickets for a poker tournament and today on of our days have sold out. I’ve exported the orders in woocommerce and checked the total number of tickets sold…
Woocommerce showed that there a still 7 tickets left in stock, The Events Calendar showed 0 from 120 (but you could stil buy tickets and if i exported the order i’ve got 116 tickets sold…
The moment you cancel or refund a ticket the stock completely flips out đ Hopefully this is a bug already known to you đ

ParticipantThis is what Woocommerce gives me as total sales per ticket

As you can see we’ve sold 116 ticket for 1B and 85 for 1A
If I check the Event Calendar im getting these numbers
https://www.dropbox.com/s/be34cbt62c8iupj/Schermafdruk%202016-03-11%2011.22.15.png?dl=0
Its even weirder that I only put up 120 tickets for 1A and 120 for 1B but there talking about 175 on 1B?
I did have to cancel some tickets and because cancelled tickets doesn’t immediately get added to the stock again i think the numbers got increased everytime…
First off all is there a way (through the database i don’t know) i can adjust these numbers to be correct again? Because 116 tickets sold means i’ve still got 4 tickets to sell but i can’t add the because if i do they show to much tickets

ParticipantHey Joachim,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m really sorry to hear about these problems.
We unfortunately have a few known bugs related to ticket stock that we are actively workingâit sounds like those are bugs causing the most trouble here.
You ask if there’s a way to modify these numbers from the database, and the answer is technically “yes”, but there’s not way of confirming that those number changes would “stick” as you set them; in other words they could easily be overwritten again to the buggy quantities. đ
One thing that might help here is to learn more about your site’s environmentâcan you share your “System Information” with us? Here’s how to do that â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you,

ParticipantThe problem is that tommorrow we will check if we can’t expand the total number of seats. So its possible that i’m going to add 10 extra tickets for each day…
So the best sollution for now is just to issue a new ticket? Because adding tickets isn’t possible?

ParticipantHey @Joachim,
I would recommend just making new tickets for nowâI’m sorry about this! But it will take some time to investigate your specific issues, and there’s also the fact of the general bugs that we already know exist. So the chances of this behavior changing soon are quite low, unfortunately. đ
Thank you for sharing your system information with me! One thing it reveals is that your site’s version of Event Tickets Plus is at version 4.0.4, while the most recent version is 4.0.5.
You can access the files for 4.0.5 at http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloadsâI would recommend updating to 4.0.5 of Event Tickets Plus and seeing if this helps at all.
It will likely not alter the behavior very much, but is worth updating to regardless to ensure the most recent code is on your site.
Thank you!
