Hi support staff,
I have attempted Brain’s two latest suggestions for my issue, which is detailed in the support discussion below, but the problem was not solved.
I don’t know what to do and I am getting really frustrated. There doesn’t seem to be a fix for this problem. Can I receive some more direct support? Can someone troubleshoot the problem on the website, or I would be happy to have a phone conversation.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re still finding trouble on your site. While we do not log into customer sites or provide phone support, I’m confident we can narrow down the source of your issues and build from there to resolve things.
Okay, so the first thing to note is that we unfortunately didn’t hear from you on the ticket with Brian above (this one: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/eventbrite-tickets-no-longer-showing-on-website/#post-969190).
1. The Support Droid auto-closed it after 2 weeks of inactivity, so, to start, can you clarify exactly where you left off in the process of that thread? Did you confirm http:// throughout the URLs of your eventbrite admin URLs like Brian last mentioned?
2. What version of Eventbrite is currently active on your site?
3. What version of The Events Calendar is currently active on your site?
Your patience with these issues means a lot, and we appreciate it – Eventbrite has released several API changes in recent months and weeks which we’ve been trying very hard to stay on top of, and have been publishing releases frequently to try and catch up to.
If you address each of the three points I listed above, it’ll be a great place to start and we can continue troubleshooting from there.
