    I haven’t been able to find an answer to our problem.

    We have 4 tickets for each event – 2 tickets (different prices) are available until 11:55PM the day before the event, and 2 tickets (different prices) are available starting at midnight and ending during that day’s events.

    The problem is that when I change the date/time on one ticket, it changes them on all the other tickets as well. I cannot make it have individual dates/times for each ticket.

    This wasn’t a problem before – worked flawlessly. But now it seems to be broken. I’ve deactivated everything else and reverted to the Twenty Sixteen theme – still the same problem.

    Kind of a big problem for us …. Thanks for any help you can provide!

    Welcome back and sorry to see you here under the circumstances. Thank you for reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide before opening the thread. Doing so enables me to go directly to testing the issue. I also appreciate the amount of detail provided.

    Your good work up front enabled me to reproduce the behavior as you’ve described it. I’ve logged a detailed bug report and added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information.

    Seeing this issue was released in Event Tickets version 4.4.0.1 and Event Tickets Plus version 4.4, you can revert back to versions 4.3.5 on your Downloads page as a temporary workaround. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!
