Trying to update Events Calendar Pro and getting this error message. We did check the IP addresses are not blocked. Can you suggest anything else we can do or check to get this resolved?

From my server support:

Looks like there is a problem with the tri.be site. I can’t ping the domain nor the IP assigned to that domain (45.55.7.38).

It isn’t blocked, though, so the problem seems to be at their end.

The other domain and IPs respond to pings.

To help me investigate, can you share the complete, un-edited system information of the site on which you’re trying to activate the licenses and get those errors?
