    Hello,

    I am running into trouble with updating to the latest version of Calendar Pro 3.12. When attempting to activate my license key, I get an error message saying that the key validation server is not available.

    I tried manually uploading the plugin, but cannot as the folder already exists.

    The above problem, I believe is precluding me from adding a recurring event to my page. The error there tells me that I need to add an end date to the recurring event. But there is no where to do so.

    So, I really have two problems here. Any immediate help is sincerely appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues I can help out here.

    First to get you updated please follow this guide as you have to deactivate and delete the existing plugin:

    Manual Updates

    This process does not delete or change events, but it is always a good idea to backup first.

    After that we can work on the Server issue.

    Thanks for the tip on installing the new update.

    As I look at the solution, my query really was a noob question. Thanks for your kind patience with me.
