    1. After one year does this plugin stop working?
    2. I am having an issue when i try schedule an import from a URL that I have been provided.
    3. How do I embed the calendar within one of my pages, when i add the shortcode, that is what is shown on screen and not a calendar.

    Hi Barry

    1. Yes, Event Aggregator will no longer work after one year. Unlike our other plugins, this plugin relies upon our servers to process importing events. When the license expires, support and access to that process expires as well.

    2. Can you share the link you are trying to import? The Other URL is limited at this time to only other sites running WordPress with The Events Calendar v4.5 or higher. However, I believe Outlook can provide a .ics link that should work.

    3. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes for embedding the calendar, however, these are limited to Events Calendar Pro users.

    Hi,

    Then I will need to arrange a refund, the client will not renew this
    annually. How do I go about refunding this?

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. Please be sure to use the email address that the client purchased the product with.
