    Hi guys,

I’ve searched the forums for an answer to this as I figured I can’t be the only one but I’d like my events to display a SOLD OUT notice when all the tickets have been purchased. There was one thread that had a link to another thread with answer but when I clicked it is said I was lost! 🙁

I’d preferably like for my sidebar list widget to say whether or not it is out of stock.

Any quick any easy solution please? I read that it is possible I just couldn’t reach the thread!

    Many thanks.

Good evening Emma and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There is unfortunately no quick fix for this. You will have to do some template customization of your list widget.

Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

With that in mind, you might want to read our Themer’s guide as a starting point to see how that works in general.

You might also want to read the following post on a very similar topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-information/ and use the provided code as a starting point.

Finally, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
