Sites I need to import are not working.

I just purchased the Aggregate tool to import from a couple of major sites

http://www.kcsourcelink.com/calendar as a URL link and Eventbrite with URL https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ks–kansas-city/business/?mode=search. Can you see if you can get them to work. If not I will need to cancel and ask for a refund.

It looks like http://www.kcsourcelink.com/calendar is not running The Events Calendar on their site, or even WordPress. That is needed to use the import from Other URL feature. Did you have another way from this site (iCal, CSV, etc) to get the list of events for importing?

To import Eventbrite events, you’d want Eventbrite Tickets.

If we aren’t able to meet your needs, we totally understand. We do offer 30 day refunds. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
