ParticipantOkay I am very lost. I am trying to accomplish the following. This calendar will be used for a community of multiple Chabad Community Centers. Each Community Center will need to register there Chabad Center, and when they post events to the calendar, their information is defaulted information that was inputted at the time of registration. They will also need the option the change the venue from the default location if it is not taking place at their Chabad Center. So, where do I, and how can I configure the default information into the registration page. And how can I add fields in the registration page.
Is there a way to have phone numbers to call for event information (visible) and phone numbers for registered members to contact admins (also members) directly. So the public can see what number to call for event info, and the members can see additional info to contact event administrator if conflict, or to discuss event. Same with emails. Can the event show a contact email for event specifically and then another email only visible to registered members to use for internal communication.
Thank you very much. Please provide extensive detail to assist me. Thank you.

MemberHi there Jake,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Regarding your first question, there are no settings in our calendar to help you out getting this done. This said, I guess it’s possible to custom code this and I can point you in the right direction if you think you can do this. But crafting this customization for you would be out of the scope of our support service. You can also hire a customizer to help you out with this particular need.
The second request is surely possible. Do you want to configure this information per event? In that case you’ll need to add these as additional fields, and once they are created a snippet will help hiding/showing them to anonymous/logged in users.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
