Single Event Desc not showing after upgrade to PRO

Hi, I recently purchased the PRO upgrade and installed it. All was working fine before the upgrade, but now the single event page descriptions for the events no longer show up. The actual <div> container is there, just no content.

Hi Shea,

Sorry to hear about these issues. Do any errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

to this:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

If so, copy and paste the errors in their entirety into Gists at http://gist.github.com and share links to those Gists in your reply here.

I’m really sorry to hear that Shea – unfortunately, if no information is showing up after that then the best step I can think of would be to run through the troubleshooting steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
