    Hi,
    That was repaired by deactivating The Event Calendar Pro. But another thing, in community events, that was repaired by previous updates is select or create organizer. We cannot use it anymore which is very annoying. I disabled most plug-ins including WPML, and set the template to The Events Calendar template, does not help: The trouble comes from your update

    1. When you say, “That was repaired by deactivating The Event Calendar Pro”, can you clarify what the “that” is that you’re referring to? If you’re referring to another thread on these forums can you link to that thread for reference?


    2. Next, can you confirm if your screenshot is of the wp-admin or of the front-end submission form for Community Events? If the problem is on the front end, can you share a link directly to this front-end submission form?

    Hi, “that” is what is stated in the title. After the update, Appearance – Customize leads to a white page. De activated the Pro plugin and it returns to normal

    Thanks for some clarification here. Before proceeding, having your system information would be very helpful. You mention not seeing the “help” tab in your site — if you deactivate Events Calendar Pro, does the “help” tab show up?

    In any case, try using the steps described here and use them to post your site’s system info here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Let us know if you can find that information to post it here! (And if so, please be sure to not remove anything from the info, or omit anything—post the full, complete, un-edited system information if possible)
