Henry
ParticipantI’m using the latest version of both the regular & pro plugins (3.12.6) with the latest version of the tickets add on also. Latest version of WordPress.
The sidebar widget is displaying the wrong date in the .list-date box (the box that appears on the right hand side of the event info below the calendar), but only for events occurring on a Sunday.
In the case that an event is on a Sunday, the .list-date box displays the associated date as being the previous Saturday, even though the date is correct within the calendar itself.
My location is in Australia and the WordPress “Timezone” setting is set to Sydney time. The “Week Starts On” setting is set to Sunday.
In the Events Calendar settings under “Enable timezone support “, I’ve not selected “Update timezone Data”. What does this option do? Should it resolve my issue?
I noticed the last update addressed an issue with the incorrect display of dates, but it didn’t resolve the issue on my site.

MemberHowdy Henry,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you figuring out what’s happening here…
As you say a fix for incorrect date in the widget icons was included in release 3.12.6, but I guess it was a addressing a different angle of the same issue.
In the Events Calendar settings under “Enable timezone support “, I’ve not selected “Update timezone Data”. What does this option do? Should it resolve my issue?
Please give this a try and let me know, I think this might be related to some sort of Timezone issue. If this doesn’t fix the issue, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
If none of the above seem to work please send me detailed instructions on how to recreate this (Timezone config and event data), and I’ll try to reproduce this locally to confirm is this a bug in our code.
Please let me know about your findings,
Best,

ParticipantSelecting “Update timezone Data” has not resolved the issue.
I don’t have the resources right now to commit the time to setting up a dev site and then deactivating and reactivating my plugins/themes.

MemberHey Henry,
Thanks for trying that out, and sorry to hear it didn’t work 🙁
If you are not able to set up a test site that’s ok I can try to replicate this locally if you send me detailed steps to recreate the error.
Also can you try updating the plugins to the just released version 4.0?
Please let me know about this,
Thanks,
