Show list of attendees on Event, and remove yourself from the list

Is it possible to show a list of attendees on calendar events without having users to register a WP account. We don’t want people to create WP accounts, but we want them to be able to see on the calendar events people who RSVP’ed to an event. And also be able to remove the RSVP if they changed their mind?

Hi Jhoanna

Yes, that is possible with Event Tickets Plus! I see that you have Event Tickets Plus. Create your Event and RSVP. After saving the RSVP, select “Settings” in the lower right corner of the Event editor » Tickets modal. This will allow you to turn on “Show Attendees”.

You do not need to enable logging in for users to do this.

Our images that appear there are tied to Gravatar.com. Users that do not have an account there will show a silhouette placeholder image.

We actually need to show the name of attendees, not just an icon. How can we modify the template to show the names

We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, you can get started with implementing this yourself at our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/. You’ll want to override the plugin files in such a way that it won’t impact future updates.
