ParticipantSteps to reproduce:
1: Add a new community event using the front-end form.
2: Select a venue and check the “Show Google Maps Link” checkbox.
3: Save and view the event. (Note the “+ Google Map” link.)
4: Edit the event. (Checkbox is empty.)
5: Save the event without making any changes.
6: View the event. (+ Google Map” link is now gone.)November 29, 2014 at 3:04 pm #902285Brian
MemberHi,
The information is the same as your other post so I am going to make that the main ticket for this as the issues are similar enough to be dealt with together on that one.

ParticipantThat makes sense. This is my first post so I wasn’t sure how granular you want the bug reporting. Btw, I’ve been using TEC for about two weeks now and I have to say that you folks seem to be killing it on all fronts: great products, awesome support and really effective communications. Nice!

MemberThey way you posted works for us. It is best to try and keep one issue per ticket as you did. Glad you like our plugins, thanks for using them. I am going to repost my response from the other ticket here as well for future reference.
Ok I created a bug ticket for this and the other issue and included both these tickets with that bug ticket. So when we have news we will update you through the threads here.
Since there is nothing more I can do here, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.
Thanks

MemberHi there,
I wanted to post here and update you. Although we weren’t able to get a fix for the issue your reported into our upcoming 3.9 release, it is still on our list to get corrected. Thank you for reporting the problem, and for your patience and support while we get a solid fix in place. We’ll update you when a solution is ready to go.

MemberHi there,
Thank you for your support and patience while we worked on this issue. We are happy announce that we have incorporated a fix into our upcoming 3.10 release. Keep an eye out for a release announcement on our site and for updates available on your WordPress dashboard.
While we have thoroughly tested this release and are confident of its quality, it is impossible to account for every edge case in the wide world of WordPress. If you run into trouble with the new version or you don’t see your reported issue corrected, please start a new thread and we will be happy to work with you.
Thanks again for your patience here. We’re excited to get this version out the door and into your hands!
Best,
