Shortcodes not working

Hi guys,

I’m hoping you can help me figure out why the shortcodes aren’t working on any new pages on my site…

I was able to get one calendar view to work on one page a few weeks ago using [tribe_events view=”photo”].

This is still working, but I can’t get this or any other shortcode to work on any new pages.

I’ve copied and pasted the exact same code & I’ve tried changing it to list view, I’ve tried as many combinations as I can think of and none of them work.

What’s really weird is that the shortcode won’t even show up in the source code.

We have the calendar and calendar pro plugins all activated and up to date. Again, the original page I tested still has the shortcode working fine… Unfortunately, I can’t show you the page where it is working as it’s not approved and cannot be public.

Keen to hear any troubleshooting tips you could provide!

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, could you try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display ?
