shortcode doesnt work

Hi,
I had a Problem with list view of the shortcode. As i had understand i can use view filter and date filter. So i become [tribe_events view=”list” date=”2017-03″] and this shortcode must display list of events in March, but it displays all events. Can you help me with this. Maybe i write this shortcode wrong?

It seems you are using the shortcode correctly, but with curly quotes.

Make sure that if you use quotation marks in your shortcodes, they are only “straight quotes” and are not “curly quotes.” If you’re not sure what this means, then the simplest way to see the difference between the quotes is to look at a screenshot like this > https://cloudup.com/iNf33Mzs2g4

I had used this straight quotes in the schortcode [tribe_events view=”list” date=”2017-03″], but is doesn’t help(( I become a list of all events instead of events for March only

You can also use single quotes like this > [tribe_events view='list' date='2017-03']

I had understood, shortcode actually works, but this code will show not events just in March but all events fromm March till the number of this events. Then have I a question: can I limit number of events or show just events in March?

I am sorry I misunderstood your request.

Unfortunately, there is no default way to limit the shortcode to only show events in March. Actually, the date attribute in the shorcode means “to show events starting 2017-03”.
