ParticipantI just purchased the Event Calendar Pro yesterday, and when I added the Pro plugin the mouse over view on the calendar month stopped working. Also when I added the Pro shortcodes, the Layerslider stops working, meaning the slider images are not longer appear. When I remove the shortcode it comes back.

MemberHey Gerard,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.
While we’re not able to guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party WordPress themes or plugins, we do develop our plugins in accordance with strict WordPress.org standards, and you’ll typically find that our products work great with products developed to the same standards.
If you want us to possibly point you to the right direction to solve this conflict with your slider plugin, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
Regarding the mouse over issue, I can see there is a JavaScript error in your console and I believe it might be associated with a plugin or theme conflict as well, since I can’t replicate the issue in my own WordPress install with the default Twenty Seventeen theme enabled and only Modern Tribe plugins installed. In this case, I would suggest you to run our Conflicts Test to verify what is the plugin or theme causing the problem.
Please share with us your test results. If you need anything else in the mean time, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best regards,
Patricia

ParticipantHi Patricia,
The mouse over problem is still there while I followed your instructions above. The popup problems is not there with the twenty seventeen theme.
I then reactivated my theme and enable WP_DEBUG, but I don’t see any errors and there’s no debug.log file provided in /wp-content folder.Regarding the Javascript error how do I go about fixing this problem.

MemberHi Gerard,
Thank you for sharing your test results with us! At this moment, when I mouse over your events in month view calendar, I can see the following JS error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'innerHTML' of null
It seems that tribe-events-min.js script is not being called and/or is conflicting with another script. I can’t reproduce this issue from my own WordPress install while having Twenty Seventeen theme and all Modern Tribe plugins enabled. Did you purge your site and browser cache after running the conflicts test and disabling all of your plugins and changing your theme?
Also, please make sure that all of your plugins, theme and WordPress core are up to date: let us know if the issue persists after the updates.
If you have any other questions in the mean time, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best regards,
Patricia
