6) the events map visible here http://events.eightlane.org/latest/
is a part of plugin or it is custom built ?7) if event is imported via “event aggregator”, will be it updated regularly or it is 1 time only import ?
8) is it possible to force or desactivate update for some posts ?
9) is there a demo site with acess to admin to try plugin ?
10) is it possible to have a list of old events ?
November 25, 2017 at 12:28 pm #1391680JenniferKeymasterHi George,
6. This looks similar to the default styling for map view, either with some customizations or styling inherited from the theme. You can see what the default map view looks like here on wpshindig.com. Your theme will affect the styling of events pages, but you can adjust the settings to use either the default events templates or your theme’s templates for events pages.
7. It will not be “linked” to the source and automatically updated any time a change is made to the original event, but you can schedule imports and set the import settings to “Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source” so that any changes to the original event will overwrite the information for that event on your site.
8. At this time, it is not possible to overwrite the details of some events but not others. However, you could exclude the events that you don’t want to update from the import, and no changes will be made to those events on your site.
9. We do not currently have a demo site with admin access, but we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to take any of our premium extensions for a test run!
10. Yes, you will have a past events page on your site by default (http://wpshindig.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past), and you can also display events starting from any point in time (including in the past) by using the “date” parameter with the shortcodes that come with Pro.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
