    I am at wit’s end trying to figure this out. I changed from Event Organizer to your product. After uninstalling EO, then installing your plugin everything seems great except that the settings tabs are all blank. I have turned off all other plugins and tried using the 2014 theme. That works. I’ve narrowed it down to “WP Directory” by Chimpstudio and your Calendar Pro causing the issue. The problem is how to resolve? I cannot turn off “wp directory” since it is the primary tool used on the site.

    Do you have any idea how to help troubleshoot, or am I stuck?

    system information attached.

    Hey Gerald,

    I’m really sorry to hear about this!

    When you say “the settings tabs are blank”, do you mean just the settings tab within The Events Calendar’s settings pages?

    Or settings tabs throughout your site?

    In either case, if you leave The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro activated, but then (temporarily!) deactivate WP Directory, what happens with the settings tabs?

    Thank you!
    George

    sorry — more clarification. The Event Calendar Pro settings tabs are blank. That is, I can see each of the tabs, but no information beneath each tab. If I deactivate WP Directory, the information shows up, but I haven’t left WP Directory off long enough to really try messing with the settings.

    My other plugins don’t seem to be involved from what I can tell.

    Hey Gerald,

    I appreciate your clarification of things!

    the behavior you describe makes it clear that WP Directory is the culprit—there is unfortunately not a quick solution here, and it sounds like the plugins are inherently not going to work alongside each other.

    If this necessitates a refund, please let us do that—I’m really sorry for the trouble here! You can get a refund of our plugin by following these steps → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

    In the meantime, if you’re at all interested in trying to suss out the specific error, you might be able to find a specific PHP error by seeing if any errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    to this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    After making this change, take another look at the broken license tabs and see if any PHP errors display there.

    If so, copy and paste those errors in their entirety, and then paste them into a Gist at http://gist.github.com. Then you can share that Gist with us AND with the folks on the WP Directory support team.

    This might help!

    Sorry for the trouble here, @Gerald.

    Sincerely,
    George
