ParticipantI have looked through the forum did not really see an answer or question like what I have.
I am using the Enfold theme and just added event ticket and event ticket plus to my wordpress. I dont see anything other than setting Setting, Ticket Field Sets and add ons under “events”
When I am on a page I can see tickets, have added to it saved it but the image is not there and it only shows one ticket, even when i have global stock checked.
Not really sure how to get this to look even similar to the screen shots you had.

KeymasterHi Brittany,
Thanks for reaching out!
I think the difference you are seeing in the Settings section is from not having The Events Calendar installed. It’s not required to use Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus – you can add tickets to post types other than events. However, some of the options you see in the screenshots are event-specific, so they won’t show up without having The Events Calendar installed.
Regarding the tickets, can you go into WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and verify that “Enable stock management” is checked? It looks like you’re running an older version of WooCommerce, so I would recommend updating to the latest version as well.
I’m not quite sure what’s going on with the image…are you saying that you add an image, save the post, and the image disappears after the page reloads? I did some testing on my end but was not able to recreate this issue. Could you please try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins and let me know what you find?
Thanks!
Jennifer

ParticipantI just updated WooCommerce, but on the preview page for the ticket sales
it still just shows one ticket option not two
i need to have both tickets on one page.
and there is still not an image when i add one in the ticket header. (should it not be on the page as well?)

KeymasterHi Brittany,
Thanks for sharing those screenshots!
The link you sent is password protected. Would you be able to remove the password requirement temporarily so that I am able to take a look at that page? You can also do this in a testing environment if you prefer. WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Regarding the image, once you upload it under the Tickets section and save the event, it should still appear there on the edit event screen (see screenshot). It does not appear on the front end view of the event, but it is used in the ticket email that users receive when they purchase tickets. You can set a featured image for the event, which will appear on the front end view of the event.
Were you able to find anything testing for conflicts?

KeymasterThanks Brittany!
From what I could see on the front end, it did not look like there were any tickets added on that event…however, from the screenshot you sent before where the ticket section is showing up but no tickets are in it, it looks like it is either due to a theme conflict or perhaps a JavaScript issue.
Can you confirm if you were able to get it working by switching to a default theme (while all of your other plugins are deactivated)? I know this can be a pain to do, but theme conflicts are a very common source of these types of issues. If we can narrow down where the problem is coming from, I’ll be happy to help you work on a resolution from there!
It would also be worthwhile to check for JavaScript errors. You can do this by going to a page where the issue is occurring, right click on the page, click Inspect, and then Console. If you see any errors there, could you please copy and paste them into your reply or send me a screenshot?
Thanks for your patience as we work to find a solution for this issue!
