Set the capability to restrict the user to access the page event category

How can i set the capability to restrict the user to access the page event category ??
I have installed the plugin of memders already

First, let me note that we are limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that. That said, we always like helping out and at least point users into the right direction as much possible.
