GuestWe are working an event and have been given physical tickets we can sell (and mail to customers or have at will call) to recoup some of our costs. Is there a way to sell these in Event Tickets Pro rather than printable ones since the vendor wont accept those. Trying to decide before I purchase this or the Eventbrite option. Also this is only the case with one particular event so we still want to offer digital/printable tickets for our other events (if that matters)

MemberHi Ty,
Thanks for reaching out! While it’s possible to disable the printable ticket emails that are sent out to users after a ticket is purchased, there’s no easy way at this time to disable these emails on a per-event basis with Event Tickets Plus. If you’d like to distribute existing paper tickets for a specific event and will check in attendees manually, you might consider disabling the QR codes on your ticket emails instead. This will allow these emails to still serve as tickets for events that require them, but the lack of a scannable portion may help to alleviate some confusion on other events, especially when paired with some explanatory text in your event’s description. This Knowledgebase guide provides instructions on how to disable QR codes on your ticket emails, should you choose to go this route:

Of course, Eventbrite Tickets is always an option, should you find their ticketing flow a better fit for your specific needs here! We do offer a 30-day refund policy for all of our products, so you always have the option of trying both and keeping the one that’s the best match for you.
I hope that helps to answer your question here! Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else that I can assist with! 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
