GuestMy client wants her students to pay online for classes that are at a physical location. She wants to use paypal in accept payments.
She repeats several of these classes so would need to reuse info without retyping (if I remember correctly this is pretty easy with your program).
Is all that possible?May 10, 2016 at 8:58 am #1112719Geoff
MemberHey there!
Good question. Event Tickets Plus does integrate with WooCommerce, which has a payment gateway for PayPal.
I am afraid, though, that your client will need to create a ticket for each class. While that can be a bit repetitive, Event Tickets Plus does allow you to save fieldsets for collecting attendee information so that you do not need to re-create it time and again.
Does this help answer your questions? Let me know and I’d be happy to help with any others you might have. 🙂
Cheers,

Guesthttp://2b3.b30.myftpupload.com/ – this is the he’s trying to design in Wordress and he’s having Woo-Integration issues with. Do we have to use Woo – can’t I just create buttons in Paypal and place code in Calendar info? Couldn’t I then just create paypal buttons with drop down menus for the different dates of the same classes – so I can use one button but will still have to set up event calendar with fieldsets for each event.
http://www.qtsc.biz/store/c1/Featured_Products.html – this is a wix site he can’t get calendar to work on (which is fine by me as I don’t want to use wix)
Hope my questions aren’t out of your scope. I know they obviously don’t want to pay for a lot of programs – it would be nice if we could just use paid Event Calendar and Paypal without Woo or other plugins.
Thanks

GuestSo, what does it cost to sell “tickets” on a calendar and accept paypal payments? What plugin’s do I need and what’s the total price?

MemberGreat questions.
So, what does it cost to sell “tickets” on a calendar and accept paypal payments?
The cost of selling products depends on the payment gateway being used. PayPal charges a fee for every transaction but our plugin will never charge a dime.
Here’s more information on how to set up PayPal with WooCommerce:Â https://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-standard/
What plugin’s do I need and what’s the total price?
To start selling tickets, there are two plugins you need from us:
- Event Tickets (free). This provides the ability to create RSVPs and sets the framework for selling tickets.
- Event Tickets Plus ($89). This connects Event Tickets with WooCommerce so that customers can check out using a shopping cart and you can accept payments using PayPal.
From there, you can grab WooCommerce for free, configure it for PayPal and start selling!
We need to register people for classes and have them pay online.
That’s exactly what Event Tickets Plus will help do People can choose how many tickets, then complete information to to register for the event during checkout.
Oops – and have a calendar for them to see when the classes are available, click on class, then register
Great! We have a free calendar plugin called The Events Calendar that will do exactly that.
Does this help clarify things a bit more and answer your questions?
Cheers!
