Sell ticket with Event Tickets Plus –> also sell Membership?

We’re looking into changing from a custom-made Gravity Forms based ticket selling system to Event Ticket Plus.

The events themselves are Events Calendar posts, so this would certainly work rather nicely, and if I’m reading this correct we could have a fixed number of seats available per event, and then sell tickets in three pricing ranges (full price, reduced for students, free for members) in whatever combination (no fixed number of tickets per price range).

However, integration with a membership system would be really useful.
First, of course, to determine if member pricing applies.

Also, and that’s a process that works rather nicely with my homemade Gravity form, to sell 1 year memberships at the same time.

Is there a plugin that’s recommended, or known to work well, to do that? I and my cleint would not mind, by the way, if it’s a somewhat less expensive option to the “official” WooCommerce Subscriptions and/or Memberships, like Ultimate Member or Subscriptio.

Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus! You can definitely use it to sell a fixed number of seats per event, in any combination as you described. While there isn’t any built-in functionality for member pricing, you may be able to use a third party plugin to accomplish this. I did a quick search and found this free plugin for memberships, but you would really need to test out any of the third party plugins to see if you can get them working the way you want. We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so!
