    We purchased your plugin to import Facebook events from our Facebook Page into our website and it would cause a 504 error. Three times we tried to use it, having to put the site back up each time. We have found another solution that does not cause this issue and would like a refund please.

    I’m very sorry we weren’t able to achieve your goals.

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
