ParticipantSearch will return no results out of the current month. Is there a way to extended search to all months? Otherwise the search seems to be not very useful…

ParticipantI came into this thread … it seems this is an unsupported feature….. How can it be the calendar is being limited to month search! Of course you may want search all calendar! Is there any workaround?

Welcome back. I understand your point on how the ‘Month’ view should “jump” to the next month containing an event relating to the search term, but at this time, it returns the “There were no results found…” message if no relative events are taking place that month. I unfortunately don’t have any workaround at this time, but our UserVoice Feature Ideas is the best place to express what you want to see in an upcoming feature release.

ParticipantThis is HUGE FAIL from an architectural perspective! I am very upset, I felt like an idiot when the customer showed to me that the search is limited to the current month…. I wonder why the dev. team did not even think about this limitation, in an era where full blown text-search applies everywhere in our life. Thumbs down! Please forward my thoughts to the design team!
Is there any custom search that returns a raw list of events for a given keyword?-

Thank you for the input. From my research, the best I’ve found is this answer by my fellow support team member George. While it doesn’t give you the exact solution, it does give you a great place to start.
I really apologize about the customer interaction you experienced based on the current design/functionality our plugin offers regarding search results in ‘Month’ view. As previously mentioned, our UserVoice Feature Ideas is the best place to voice your concerns as our dev team reviews the activity before starting any new feature ideas.
