Hi,
Almost ready to launch a site for a client, but the calendar won’t scroll month to month on our events page (http://brewridgetrail.com/new/events/). Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the monthly pagination not working on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. We are actively working on a solution for this.
Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. The other good news is that we have a workaround. You simply need to downgrade to the Events Calendar (4.5.10.1). This should instantly fix the issue.
You can read about downgrading here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

Thank you so much for the suggestion to downgrade the plugin. I’ve done this and it works — but only temporarily. Somehow, the plugin keeps upgrading itself. I’ve asked everyone with access to the backend if they’re upgrading back to 4.5.11 and they say they are not, and neither am I. I can’t find any settings that allow the plugin to automatically update. What am I missing?
Thanks,

Thank you for writing back.
It looks like you have auto-updates turned on on your website somehow.
I would personally recommend deactivating that option as any update should be tested in my humble opinion ( WordPress itself, themes and plugins ).
I would recommend taking a look at your wp-config.php file and set that setting to false.
You can read more about this here: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-enable-automatic-updates-for-wordpress-plugins/Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

A new maintenance release has been recently shipped addressing this issue 🙂
More information in the release notes and hotfix notes.
Please update the plugins and let us know if the fix works for you,
