ParticipantYES! it worked for me. Scheduled items are auto-importing again. SO GLAD you were able to fix this relatively quickly.

MemberExcellent, thank you for confirming 🙂

ParticipantThanks for the update, unfortunately it’s still not working for us. While it seems the imports are now being executed properly (with some even succeeding), most of them say “Import failed”. Here is an excerpt from the event log:
2017-06-13 08:00:08 No Records over retention limit, skipped pruning expired debug aggregator 2017-06-13 08:00:08 No Records Pending, skipped Fetching from service debug aggregator 2017-06-13 08:00:08 Record (4850) skipped, not scheduled time debug aggregator 2017-06-13 08:00:08 Record (4848) skipped, not scheduled time debug aggregatorNot sure what is meant by “not scheduled time”, as all imports of course have a scheduled time to run.
Should I create a new issue for this?

MemberThat’s a shame, but I don’t think there’s any need to create a new topic (even if the last fix we shipped worked for others): this was your support topic for your problem and unfortunately we just didn’t drill down to the specific cause in your case.
On that note, I’d take a moment to ask that if anyone else has further issues, you should create your own topic per our normal guidelines for seeking support. You’re all welcome to follow along if you’re interested in this, but please respect the fact that this is primarily a spot for Kim to seek assistance and create new topics of your own if you want direct support.
Kim: besides the debug log info you shared, I wonder if you are still seeing recent examples of the following error in your PHP log:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: queue in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Aggregator/Record/Queue.php on line 131
Can you confirm? I also wonder; if you were to delete an existing scheduled import and recreate it, does it work for the recreated entry?

ParticipantWe don’t see this particular error anymore but a new one has popped up which generates A LOT of entries (every 2 seconds once it starts):
[18-Jun-2017 17:07:25 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/futuresu/public_html/eade/live/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Aggregator/API/Import.php on line 91
We tried deleting and recreating all imports, to no avail. The initial import always works, subsequent ones do not.June 19, 2017 at 3:47 pm #1300227Barry
MemberOK, something’s clearly going wrong there. Please bear with me a little longer while we review this.

MemberHi Kim,
I wanted to drop a brief update in here. Though we don’t have a fix available just yet, we’ve pinpointed what we hope is the underlying bug and are now working toward a definitive fix.
As ever, we’ll keep you posted: I’d advise also that the very next release of The Events Calendar is unlikely to contain the fix — but we’ll certainly strive to get it in place thereafter.
Thanks again for your support and patience while we looked into this.

ParticipantHi Barry, thanks for the update. Good to hear you’re working on it. However, we are frankly quite surprised it is taking so long. This is not merely a bug but the whole functionality which we paid $89 for does simply not work as advertised. It’s been 1.5 months now and we still can’t launch due to this. We think a partial refund would be appropriate by now as we wait for the fix.

ParticipantHi Kim,
Don’t worry… It has been working right only for a few weeks since release.. ?…. Manual imports work fine… But the automatic part is broken most of the time…June 28, 2017 at 6:09 am #1310068Barry
