Scheduled Imports Disappear

I have set up scheduled imports more than a dozen times now for two different Facebook accounts. Every single time after a day or so when I return, the scheduled imports tab is gone and I have to reload it. This is not supposed to happen. I need a permanent solution because the sync is not happening on an automated basis.

So sorry this is happening to you. Let’s see if we can clear this up.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
