    Hello,

I am having some sporadic issues with my scheduled imports from Eventbrite.

I have the import scheduled every day and 90% of the time, it seems everything imports ok but every now and then, I notice that some events don’t import. If you look at the screenshot, there are 3 events that showed up with the manual import that should have showed up with the scheduled one. If I manually initiate the import, the missing event usually shows up but I’m wondering why the scheduled import would be overlooking some events

There are also times where duplicate events are created.

Can someone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?

This is still causing me issues. For some reason, events showing on my
eventbrite page are not syncing to calendar correctly. The only way I can
get the events to properly upload is by importing them individually (see
screenshots for events from Nov 4,5,6). For some reason, there are some
events that are being missed by the scheduled imports and I can’t tell why.
They show up as live and selling tickets on the eventbrite page. Do you
know how I can solve this problem?

Now I am having the additional issue of not being able to log in to the
support portal so I can’t submit a new ticket! Ahhhh!

    Can you please help me?

    Hi there,

Sorry, we have migrated support platforms, so I am just seeing this reply.

Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Let me know what you find.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
