ParticipantHI there, I’m feeling frustrated right now as I have just purchased the Pro version believing it would solve my problem. I run workshops that can be from one to five days in length, over a number of days. Customers buy the ticket for the two days as one purchase but the days could be back to back, within a week, or in the next month. I am ok with how it looks on the actual event page, but the calendar view is terrible. It will show the event on every day between the two days.
I want to be able to set up the event on the event page like this:
Day 1 – date, start and end time
Day 2 – date, start and end time
I do not want to set up an event page for each day as then people have to do two different payments. And because they are doing two days, there is a discounted price and the workshop is such that they need to do both or all days.
My other area of frustration (that I thought the pro version would fix) is this:
When in list view, if they click on “Next Events” it will say “there were no results found”. If they then click on “previous events” the whole list will display.
This is what I have had to put at the top of my events calendar page:“Please note that in the Calendar View, two day split events (sold as one ticket) are shown as being on every day between the first and second day. Simply hover on the event, and you will see the actual dates. I am trying to get this sorted with Modern Tribe (The Events Calendar). Fingers crossed x
In the List View, if you click on Next Events, you may not get anywhere…simply click on Previous Events, and you will see all events then. Don’t ask me why. Another fingers crossed moment.”
I am not prepared to deactivate all other plugins for the impact this could have on the rest of my site. Unless you are just meaning Modern tribe plugins?

Thank you for your purchase and I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles. I would be happy to help troubleshoot. To get started, can you please send over a screenshot of the ‘Time & Date’ section for an event related to your issue? I’d also recommend reviewing our PRO Additional Fields Knowledgebase article if you haven’t already.
In response to your second issue, it sounds like you have a theme and/or plugin conflict occurring. We don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar behaviors and I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my test environment. I understand temporarily reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours is tedious, but we are unable to provide support in these instances.
I recommend you set up a test environment so you can fully troubleshoot the issue in order to identify the source of conflict. I apologize I can’t do more in this scenario. For more information, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
