We have found we have orders that get stuck on processing.
The payment is taken from the user but the user does not get pass the checkout page and is made to believe the order failed so they pay again effectively double charging them
Could I have more information please? a link to the other thread?
Would be great if a support staff could get in touch soon as this is
affecting our sales.
