I have seen a few successful implementations of RTL, but I honestly haven’t played with it much myself to know if it’s 100% compatible. I think the best way to find out if it will work for your specific setup is to download the free version of The Events Calendar and give it a drive there.
Yes, we do indeed have an add-on called Community Events that allows visitors to submit events to the calendar from the front end. Definitely worth checking out.

2. I do just need Front-end event support, not back-end. I want to create a event listing website. what I need is A) a robust front-end event support, which visitors be able to B) publish as many as event they want and do manipulate it. C) I need to be able to input contact number/social networking list that will give the event creator ability to send SMS/email/facebook,tweeter,line, wechat, etc. message to the member list( I assume Member list is ready by event publisher). This part is the most important part that I need the event creator, be able set different event with different timing for a same occasion such as: Announcement of event, again another one after few days, after few weeks, few month and annually. D) reply and review by event’s participants. E)payments also.
3. I need different background skin and template for events, which each one can be choose to looks different.
DO you think is it possible to make it through your Pro version?

Here is one of the sites I remember working with RTL, but I can’t think of any others off hand.

The PRO version itself does not provide front-end submissions, but the Community Events add-on I mentioned does. At the same time, some of the features you’re looking for (e.g. member lists) aren’t supported at the moment.
I need different background skin and template for events, which each one can be choose to looks different.
Both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar PRO have the same included styles. It’s very possible to created themes for specific events based on things like category, but it would certainly take some custom development to get that going. I’d suggest checking out our Themer’s Guide for more details on what is possible with customizations in the plugin.
