RSVP window no longer working

    Hello,

    For some reason, overnight, my event page will no longer pop up the RSVP window when you select a ticket quantity. It had been working perfectly for days and we received eight RSVPs, but it stopped working out of nowhere. Nothing changed on the back end that would normally cause something to break.

    I did add some PHP (pulled from a forum here) to limit the number of tickets to one ticket, but that was working fine. I DID try removing to see if that was affecting anything, but nothing changed.

    The event is tomorrow, so I was wondering if someone could have a look at this today for me.

    Is anyone responding to people?

    My event is less than 24 hours away and your product that I am close to $200 invested into is not working.

    How do I get more direct assistance?

    Ok, I have narrowed it down to this:

    We have several seatings for our ticketed event tomorrow. Each seating is limited to 5 tickets. One of our seatings sold out (all five tickets were taken) and now none of the other seatings will allow people to get tickets.

    This seems like a bug. How can I make it so the other tickets are still available to RSVP to?

    I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot it.

    First, I wanted to note that as stated here it may take us between 24 to 48 hours (during the week) before we respond to a post. It generally is significantly faster than that, but really depends on the forum load.

    Your issue could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and see if you experience something different?

    Are your tickets of RSVP or WooCommerce type? Have you set a global stock level or limit the tickets stock individually?

    Could you please share with us a screenshot of the tickets settings when on the edit event page? This way we can see if there’s something wrong with them and try to reproduce the issue on our end.
