RSVP "thank you" redirect plugin causes white screen of death

Hi,

I’ve installed the RSVP thank you redirect plugin on my local server and everything worked fine, but when I tried to do the same on the live environment, the plugin caused the WordPress dashboard to stop working (white screen).

If I rename the RSVP plugin folder, the dashboard works again. The plugin doesn’t, though.

I really need this to work because people are registering multiple times to the same event.

Maybe it’s a conflict with other plugin?

Here are all the tribe plugins I have installed on my live environment:

• Event Tickets 4.5.6
• Event Tickets Extension: Additional Email Options 0.3.0
• Event Tickets Extension: RSVP Thank You Page Redirect (changed folder name) 1.0.0
• Event Tickets Plus 4.5.5
• Event Tickets Plus Extension: Enhance Woo Order Templates 1.0.1
• The Events Calendar 4.6.1
• Woocommerce 3.1.2

Additional Email Options and Enhance Woo Order Templates are not active on my local server. The rest of the plugins are the same.

Hey Fabricio,

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

I quickly tested the RSVP extension on my test site and works fine.

When do you get the whitescreen? After activating the plugin or after sending an rsvp?

Do you see any error messages?

What messages do you see if you set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file?

Also make sure that after activating the plugin you go to Events > Settings >  Tickets tab and fill in the full URL of the thank you page.

You can also go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings up something.

Let me know what you find.
